Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and lucky95 (hereinafter referred to as "lucky95", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at lucky95.bet and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the lucky95 website, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use lucky95 and must close your account immediately by contacting our support team.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and lucky95.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the lucky95 website at lucky95.bet, including all its pages, subdomains, APIs, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual User on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a User's Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), excluding any locked bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or deposit match amounts credited to an Account pursuant to an active lucky95 promotion.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any sports bet, casino game round, slot spin, or other real-money gaming activity placed through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by lucky95 before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of account misuse.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to or use of lucky95 is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of lucky95, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party payment system failures.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and use lucky95, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. lucky95 strictly prohibits access by minors. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and agents registering on behalf of third parties are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a lucky95 employee or contractor where such participation creates a conflict of interest.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and valid contact details.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended lucky95 Account. Only one Account per person is permitted.

lucky95 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts where verification cannot be completed to the satisfaction of lucky95 may be restricted or closed.

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. lucky95 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any two-factor authentication options made available on the Platform.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person or permit any other person to access or use your Account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised it, unless the unauthorised activity results directly from a security failure on the part of lucky95.
• You must notify lucky95 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or that your credentials have been compromised.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including your email address, phone number, and Pakistan residential address — accurate and up to date at all times.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or pledge your Account or any funds held within it to any third party.
• lucky95 reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification checks at any point, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding PKR 50,000.

Any communication sent by lucky95 to the email address registered on your Account shall be deemed received by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that lucky95 communications are not filtered as spam and that your registered email inbox is actively monitored.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on lucky95 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). lucky95 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20 network).

• Minimum Deposit: PKR 200 per transaction across all supported payment methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: PKR 500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: lucky95 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 1 hour of processing. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Verification Requirement: Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. lucky95 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same Account without additional verification.
• Source of Funds: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. lucky95 reserves the right to require proof of funds on accounts with cumulative deposits exceeding PKR 500,000.
• Currency: lucky95 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. All transactions must originate from Pakistani payment sources.

lucky95 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. lucky95 is not responsible for charges levied by third-party payment processors.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on lucky95 — including cricket, tennis, snooker, UFC, and any other market made available — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport and market as published on the Platform at the time of bet placement. In the event of any conflict between a sport-specific rule and these general Terms, the sport-specific rule shall prevail for that bet.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. lucky95 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds resulting from a manifest pricing error.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. lucky95 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly following significant match events.
• All casino games, including live dealer tables and slot titles, operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed real outcomes. Published RTP figures for each game are provided by the respective game studio.
• lucky95 reserves the right to void any bet or casino round where a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error has materially affected the outcome. Affected stakes will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.
• Winnings from bets and casino games will be credited to the Account Balance promptly following settlement. lucky95 targets settlement within 30 minutes of event conclusion for major markets.
• lucky95 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout, or number of bets placed by any individual Player at its sole discretion and without providing reasons.

Bonuses & Promotions

lucky95 may from time to time offer deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which shall form part of these Terms when a Player opts in to or claims such a promotion.

• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money Account Balances and may only be used for wagering, not withdrawn directly.
• All bonus offers are subject to minimum wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable Balance.
• Wagering requirements will specify eligible games and bet types. Bets placed on excluded markets or games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are subject to expiry dates. Any uncompleted wagering requirements and associated bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
• lucky95 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material change.
• lucky95 may at its sole discretion withhold, void, or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms is identified.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on lucky95. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Multi-Accounting: Opening or using more than one Account, whether under your own name or a third party's identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or promotional terms.
• Match-Fixing: Placing bets on sporting events where you have knowledge of, or involvement in, any arrangement to fix or manipulate the outcome of that event.
• Automated Wagering: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without human oversight.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies between lucky95 and other platforms in a manner intended to guarantee risk-free profit at the expense of the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using lucky95 to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from criminal activity.
• Software Exploitation: Intentionally exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abuse of Staff: Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward lucky95 customer support staff or other Players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the lucky95 Platform — including but not limited to the lucky95 brand name, logo, trade marks, website design, graphics, software, text, data compilations, game content, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to lucky95 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of lucky95.

Any unauthorised use of lucky95 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lucky95, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

• lucky95 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• lucky95 is not liable for losses resulting from Force Majeure events, including internet connectivity failures, payment processor outages, or governmental actions affecting the Platform.
• lucky95's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Data Protection

lucky95 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by lucky95 includes registration information, transaction records, betting history, device and browser information, and communications with the support team. This data is used to operate and improve the Platform, verify identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and communicate promotions where you have consented to receive them.

lucky95 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, game studios, and other service providers strictly necessary to operate the Platform, and only to the extent required for those purposes.

Responsible Gaming

lucky95 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your Account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and session cut-offs to manage the time you spend on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which your Account is temporarily suspended. You may not log in or deposit during a cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or time-limited self-exclusion from lucky95. During self-exclusion, your Account is closed, all marketing communications are suppressed, and you may not register a new Account.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net gaming position.

Suspension & Termination

lucky95 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by lucky95.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other prohibited conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player against lucky95.
• Requests from law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or payment processors.
• The Account being dormant for a continuous period exceeding 12 months with a zero Balance.

Upon termination of an Account, any real-money Balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to lucky95 (including reversed bonuses or disputed deposits) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the resulting Balance returned.

Amendments to These Terms

lucky95 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a Player — lucky95 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, sending a notification to your registered email address.

Minor amendments, including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, and updates required by changes in applicable law, may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.

Your continued use of lucky95 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which lucky95 is licensed and operated.

The vast majority of issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our customer support team, and we are committed to addressing complaints fairly and promptly.
